I have been involved with fitness, athletics, and competition my entire life with over five years of experience at corporate gyms, including 24 Hour Fitness and Equinox Fitness Clubs. Originally from Houston, Texas, my primary competitive background includes swimming and basketball. I have also participated in cross country, football, beach volleyball, Frisbee, and racquetball. Strength training has always accompanied these sports and hobbies, and as I came to find out, functionally training your body to perform efficiently leads to better performance regardless of the activity. Strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, and proper mechanics are as integral to my success as they will be to yours.

My mission is to help you reach your health and fitness goals quickly and safely. During the process, I will teach you the basics of integrated functional training and how they will yield the best, most sustainable results. My program is personalized, one-on-one, and detail oriented. It’s important to me that you are happy with your decision to train, therefore your first session is free. You will receive a full one hour session to evaluate me and the service I provide because I am confident the program works. Together we’ll attack your specific goals with progressive, varied workouts that will be both fun and challenging.
Philosophy
The secret is not the method, it’s the work! Education is merely one component that must be coupled with work and accountability. Work is the frequency, intensity, duration, and process of forming exercises correctly. Accountability consists of the support and professional assistance that will drive your results and motivate you to do now what you haven’t been able to do on your own. Whether our goals are focused on strength gain, weight loss, athletic performance, or pure sex appeal, you must first overcome doubt and add urgency to your agenda.
